Located in Austin Minnesota, Apple Lane Community Child Care Center is non-denominational and opened to the public 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday. Licensed by the State of Minnesota, Apple Lane's long standing reputation for quality child care often results in waiting lists. Apple Lane's community center based program serves families in Austin and the outlying communities in Mower County. Currently, 105 children ages 16 months through 9 years of age are enrolled throughout the school year, part-time, limited drop-in, summer care and full time at our main site. In 2006, Apple Lane opened a second site located at Riverland Community College. This child care expansion provides additional child care to 56 children ages 6 weeks through age 5.
